June 21st, 2019 is the Billy Evins Memorial Roping and Barrel Racing. This is a must for Malheur County contestants in order to qualify for the local roping and barrel racing events in the rodeo this year. Please remember that contestants wanting to compete in these particular events must be a current Malheur County resident.
